5 Low-carb Recipes (Keto-friendly)

All these recipes are low-carb, delicious and very easy to make! The Keto way of eating has been proven to offer various health benefits including weight loss, reduced cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.

Serves 1

Grilled Salmon

1 tbsp, Butter
1 Salmon Fillet
Dash, Sea salt
3 tbsp, Olive oil
2 tbsp, Lemon juice
1 tbsp, Mustard
1 1/2 tsp, Ginger
1/2 Cucumber diced
1/2 cup, Cilantro
1/2 cup, Mint


  1. In a pan add butter and let it melt, then place the salmon and sprinkle sea salt to taste. Cook for 6 minutes then flip to cook on the other side.
  2. In a bowl add the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and ginger and whisk it together. Then add the diced cucumber, cilantro and mint and mix.
  3. In a plate place the salmon and serve the cucumber salad on top.

Zucchini Noodle Salad

3 pc, Zucchini
1 tbsp, Butter
1/4 cup, Peanut butter
2 tbsp, Soy sauce
2 tsp, Ginger
1 minced, Garlic
2 tbsp, Water
Dash of Cayenne
1/2 cup, Purple cabbage


  1. Make the zucchini noodles with the spiralizer.
  2. Whisk together the butter, peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, water and cayenne.
  3. Mix the noodles with the peanut sauce and then add the purple cabbage.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Spinach Salad

1 Chicken Breast
6 tbsp, Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp, Lemon juice
2 tsp, Water
1 Minced Garlic
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp, Green onions
Salt and pepper, To taste
1/2 Avocado
3 tbsp, Chopped parsley


  1. In pot boil 1 cup of water and cook the chicken for around 15 minutes.
  2. In a blender add the mayo, lemon, water, garlic and salt and mix really well.
  3. In a bowl place a bed of spinach, add 2 tbsp of the dressing and mix really well. Then add the shredded chicken, avocado and parsley.

Beef Stir Fry

1 Beef Fillet
1 tbsp, Butter
3 tbsp, Soy sauce
1 garlic clove
Dash of Ginger
1 cup, Mushrooms
Red pepper flakes, To taste
1 cup, Spinach


  1. Cut the fillet into strips, place in a bowl, add soy sauce and leave to marinate for 5 minutes. In a pan add butter, let it melt and cook the fillet for around 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
  2. In the same pan add the garlic, mushrooms, ginger and red pepper flakes, after 30 seconds add the spinach and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef back into in and mix everything together, heat for a minute and then serve.

Cauliflower Purée

1/2 Cauliflower
2 tbsp, Butter
1 minced Garlic
Salt, To taste
Bunch of Parsley


  1. In a pot add water and bring to a boil, add the cauliflower. Once it’s cooked, put it in the blender and add the butter garlic and salt. Mix really well.
  2. Serve on a plate and top it off with parsley.
