4 Boiled Eggs
1 diced Avocado
3 diced green onions
2 diced celery
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of coconut yogurt
Salt and pepper
1. Boil, cool and peel the eggs and place into a salad bowl.
2. Add finely chopped celery, green onion and avocado.
3. Add the dijon mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, coconut yogurt and lemon juice.
4. Gently mix all the ingredients until everything is coated
5. Serve and enjoy!
